Yes. SmartSell NI is completely free to use, with no obligation. We receive a referral fee from participating estate agents if you choose to instruct one of them. If you later choose to use our trusted independent mortgage and protection adviser, we may also receive a referral fee. Neither of these referrals increases that cost for you.Our aim is to help you compare your options, save time and make an informed decison with complete transparency.

That's no problem. You can still use our service to compare offers. If your preferred agent offers the best package, you'll have peace of mind that you're making the right choice.

However, once you've chosen your preferred estate agent, we can also introduce you to one of our trusted independent mortgage and protection advisers if you'd like help with your next purchase or arranging your mortgage. This service is entirely optional, with no obligation.As SmartSell NI continues to grow, we'll be looking to introduce additional services to make moving home even simpler.

How quickly will I receive my agents matches?

Once you submitted your property details, we'll invite up to three trusted local estate agents in your area to provide their valuation and proposal.We'll then prepare your personalised side-by-side comparison, including valuations, commission and fees, customer reviews, included services and SmartSell Performance Insights.In most cases, you'll receive your comparison within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

How soon will the estate agent contact me after I make my selection?

Once you've selected your preferred estate agent, we'll notify them of your choice straight away. In most cases, the agent will contact you within 1-2 working days to arrange an in-person valuation and discuss your next steps. Some agents may get in touch sooner, depending on availability.
