How We Got Started
SmartSell NI began with a simple aim: to make choosing an estate agent easier and more transparent.
We noticed that many homeowners felt overwhelmed when it came to selling - unsure who to choose, uncertain about fees, and wary of overpromised valuations. At the same time, good local estate agents often struggled to stand out in a crowded market.
With a network already delivering up to 500,00 homes across Northern Ireland, we saw an opportunity to create something that worked for both sides.
